Resume Forged ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order information — email address and purchase details when you buy a template pack. Payment itself is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- Resume builder input — the details you enter (name, experience, skills) are used only to generate your documents. You can enter a nickname if you prefer.
- Contact form — name, email and message, used to reply to you.
How we use it
To fulfil your order, generate your documents, respond to your messages, and — only if you opt in — send occasional product news. We never sell your data.
AI processing
When you enable AI polish in the free resume builder, the details you entered are sent to our AI provider solely to draft your resume content. This is a one-off processing step; your details are not used to train models.
Storage & security
Order and lead records are stored on our own servers with restricted access. Generated documents are kept for a short period so you can re-download them, then deleted.
Newsletter & Email Updates
When you subscribe to our newsletter you consent explicitly to receiving occasional product news and updates from Resume Forged. Consent is mandatory — we will never add you to our mailing list unless you tick the consent box on the signup form.
- Explicit consent — you opt in by ticking the consent box on the signup form; we never use pre-ticked boxes or assume consent from other actions.
- Double opt-in — after signing up you receive a confirmation email; your subscription only becomes active once you click the link inside it.
- One-click unsubscribe — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that removes you from the list immediately, with no login or extra steps required.
- No selling or sharing — your email address is used solely to send you our newsletter. We never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time via the Contact page.
